Payments

Payments are to be made upon delivery of the headset, prior to the start of the lesson. Payments can be made in person via bank transfer or cash (preferred).

Cancellation Policy - 48 Hours

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will not incur any charges. However, if a lesson is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, full payment will still be required, as late cancellations result in lost revenue for our company.
