How it works

1. Select Your Service: Choose the service you wish to book, ensuring that your postcode is included in the title. Our headset delivery service operates in specific areas on designated days only.

2. Headset Delivery: Your headset will be delivered to your home the evening before your lesson, between 18:00 and 21:00. If this is your first time using VirtualTutorVR, the headset will be delivered a day earlier to allow the student time to familiarise themselves with the device. Payment can be made at this point via bank transfer or cash.

3. Lesson Details: On the day of your lesson, you will receive a text message containing the lesson code and the teacher’s name.

4. Attend Your Lesson: Join your scheduled session at the allocated time and enjoy an engaging and immersive learning experience.

5. Performance Feedback: As the parent or guardian, you will receive a performance summary via text message after the lesson.

6. Headset Collection: The headset will be collected from your home between 18:00 and 21:00 following the lesson.
