These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VirtualTutorVR service, which provides educational virtual reality (VR) lessons for students using loaned VR headsets. By booking a session or accepting delivery of a headset, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Service Overview
VirtualTutorVR provides immersive educational experiences through VR technology. Headsets are delivered to the student's home prior to the scheduled lesson and collected afterward.
2. Eligibility

The service is intended for students aged 6–16.

A parent or legal guardian must book the service and assume responsibility for the equipment.
3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings must include a valid postcode that matches the designated delivery zones for the selected day.

Lessons must be scheduled in advance. Confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
4. Headset Delivery and Collection

Headsets will be delivered the evening before the scheduled lesson between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

For first-time users, headsets may be delivered an additional day early to allow for familiarization.

Collection occurs between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the day of the lesson.
5. Usage Guidelines

Headsets are to be used strictly for educational purposes and only by the registered student.

The equipment must be handled with care. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the headset.

An adult should supervise headset use, especially for younger children.
6. Responsibility and Liability

The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the headset during the loan period.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss of the equipment, may result in a replacement or repair fee.

VirtualTutorVR is not liable for any injuries, discomfort, or technical issues experienced while using the headset.
7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon collection of the headset, via bank transfer or cash (preferred).

No refunds will be issued once a lesson has been delivered, unless service issues are clearly attributable to VirtualTutorVR.
8. Feedback and Support

Performance summaries will be sent to the parent/guardian after the lesson.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a cancellation fee.
